Tagged by PeopleStrong is hiring a Senior Associate for Talent Acquisition with Club Mahindra. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

– Handle bulk hiring and recruitment processes.
– Build and maintain client relationships.
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
– Conduct and coordinate interviews.
– Provide regular recruitment updates and reports.

Requirements:

– Experience in recruitment and bulk hiring.
– Strong communication skills.
– Ability to manage large-scale hiring projects.
– Immediate joiners preferred.
